Working Closely Together
Trusted Financial Relationships
When Rosemary Linden founded Momentum CFO in 2016, she set out to offer outsourced CFO services and expert financial guidance to small businesses based on these guiding principles:
You’ve worked too hard to miss out on greater profits. Clients often come to Momentum CFO wearing multiple hats. The tenacity and perseverance it’s taken to build your business is commendable, yet the financial decisions grow ever larger along with the demands for your time and attention. We deliver peace of mind that comes with knowing you’re truly on track to achieve greater financial success.
It’s okay to seek help. You don’t have to know all the answers. As educated and intelligent business owners, some of our clients experience overwhelm and embarrassment about having financial issues. Feeling like you “should” know everything about your business’s financials and the best decisions to make won’t change the situation, and we don’t want you to wind up with compounding problems. Our clients are experts in their industry; we’re experts in improving your company’s financial management and profitability within your industry.
You deserve to feel confident about your company’s finances. Uninformed or emotional financial decisions cost more in the long run and can quickly snowball. You can avoid costly mistakes and enjoy the benefits of Fortune 500 financial expertise without the expense of hiring a full-time CFO. We’ll help you create a plan for success that will allow you to feel at ease and achieve your vision for the future of your business.

Put A Ballet Student On Your Bottom Line
You may think the fact that I’ve practiced the art of ballet since I was 4 years old means very little to you and your business.
It’s more practical to explain that my financial career spans nearly 20 years and that I’ve worked with companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, public and privately held, and across a broad range of industries. In addition to offering CFO services, I’m the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet where I analyze monthly financial results, minimize risks, and oversee all aspects of financial management.
Much of the financial expertise that I bring to your business has been earned on the job and in corporate boardrooms. Yet, I also practice pliés and pirouettes. And while this may not initially appear relevant to your business’s bottom line, my lifelong dedication and passion for pursuing both finances and the arts adds another layer to the skill set I deliver – a unique form of financial finesse.
The precision required to pull off a seamless performance becomes the accuracy and meticulous attention-to-detail that I bring to your numbers. Black-and-white information in spreadsheets and data can only tell so much. My artistic experience and creativity allow me to expertly develop financial forecasts, pricing strategies, business models, and unique financial solutions that will move your business forward.
And, much like welcoming you to sit in the audience and enjoy the ballet, when you find yourself feeling at ease while your financial operations run smoothly and profitably, you won’t be focusing on the details that take place behind-the-scenes to achieve the flawless performance. But I will.
