Working Closely Together
Trusted Financial Relationships
Rosemary Linden founded Momentum CFO in 2016. She provides outsourced CFO services to small to mid-sized businesses based on these guiding principles:
You’ve worked too hard to miss out on greater profits. Clients often come to Momentum CFO wearing multiple hats. It took tenacity and perseverance to build your business. But as your business grows, so do the financial decisions and demands for your time. We deliver peace of mind that comes with knowing you’re truly on track to achieve greater financial success.
It’s okay to seek help. As educated and intelligent business owners, some of our clients feel overwhelmed or embarrassed about their financial challenges. Believing that you “should” be able to manage your finances and address issues on your own won’t change the situation, and going it alone could result in compounding problems. Our clients are experts in their industry. We’re experts in improving your company’s financial performance within your industry.
You deserve to feel confident about your company’s finances. Uninformed or emotional financial decisions cost more in the long run and can quickly snowball. You can avoid costly mistakes and enjoy the benefits of Fortune 500 financial expertise without the expense of hiring a full-time CFO. We’ll create a plan for success that will enable you to achieve your vision for the future.

Put A Ballet Student On Your Bottom Line
The fact that I’ve practiced the art of ballet since I was four years old may initially seem unimportant to you and your business. It’s more practical to explain that I’ve helped businesses of various sizes improve their financial performance for over 20 years. In addition to offering CFO services, I’m the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet where I analyze monthly financial results, minimize risks, and oversee all aspects of financial management.
Much of the financial expertise that I bring to your business has been earned on the job and in corporate boardrooms. Yet, I also practice pliés and pirouettes. And while this may not at first appear relevant to your business’s bottom line, my lifelong dedication and passion for the arts adds another layer to the skill set I deliver – a unique form of financial finesse.
The precision required to pull off a seamless performance is similar to the accuracy and attention-to-detail that I bring to your numbers. Data in spreadsheets may seem black-and-white, but developing financial models, pricing strategies, and unique financial solutions to move your business forward is both an art and a science.
And, much like welcoming you to sit in the audience and enjoy the ballet, when you find yourself feeling at ease while your financial operations run smoothly and profitably, you won’t be focusing on the details that take place behind-the-scenes to achieve the flawless performance. But I will.
